Linwood has over 40 years of experience in designing and supplying custom Post & Beam, Timber
Frame, Log and standard Stick & Truss home packages.  We have over 220 standard designs that
we will customize to fit your specific needs, or bring us your ideas and requirements and we will create
a custom design just for you!  Linwood has no architectural fee and all design work is included in your
package price.

  • Our product is the design services to create a "Materials Package" that includes all the
    components to build a weather-tight shell. The Linwood home package produced at the mill in
    B.C. Canada, features the superior quality of kiln dried, precut framing materials and select
    grade Canadian Western Red Cedar for durability, efficiency and beauty. We also can provide
    any type of siding you may want.

  • We will  supply the design services, energy evaluations, plots plans and the materials package.
    We can assist you with applications for building permits and reliable contractors/sub-contractors.

  • We will arrange delivery of the package, and can refer you to a LINWOOD approved framing
    crew that will frame a weather-tight shell, on your prepared foundation, ready for you to finish as
    an owner/builder.

  • If you prefer, we can refer you to a trained and experienced general contractor  who can
    complete your package to a "Turn-Key" home.
